Naeisha + Jesse | Wedding at Smyrna Opera House in Smyrna, DE
Our second wedding post covid turned out to be one of the most romantic and unique wedding we’ve photographed so far. Having the chance to shoot at The Smyrna Opera House was so amazing. It felt as if we were watching the perfect play that was filled with nothing but LOVE.
When Jesse and Naeisha first met each other in early March of 2016, neither knew what to expect. Yet, both were pleasantly surprised. Naeisha still remembers the first time she walked into the tiny Smyrna Cafe and saw Jesse watching her walk in from the booth he secured for them. They still joke about the meal, awkward jokes, and first few conversations they had as strangers.
Over the next two years things were going well and Naeisha sought a job in Middletown to be closer to Jesse. After Naeisha's first day at her new job Jesse took her on a picnic and promised dinner with her parents. Little did Naeisha know as Jesse was forcing her to walk around Smyrna that he had her parents, his father and stepmother hiding in the alley where they had their first date. That's when Jesse bent on one knee to ask the woman that he loved to marry him.
Of course she said YES!! which brought us to this beautiful day filled with Love, Happiness and Joy. We wish them many years of happiness and we can’t wait to capture the next big moment in their lives.
